Psychotherapy, Counseling Psychology, & Coaching

EMDR sessions are either  part of our  counseling and coaching services and  are undertaken as a full 90-120 minute one-on-one  session.

Trauma Reprocessing: This service can only be offered in-person and will require your commitment to 3 x 90-120 minute sessions.

Coaching: this service is offered in person, one 90-120 minute session is generally sufficient.

There are many positive effects to this comprehensive, integrative approach:  it does not rely on talk therapies, but uses the client's own eye movements to dampen the power of distressing thoughts.

It is also particularly effective for solving performance anxiety and limiting beliefs. It removes mental blocks that may impede sustained efforts when reaching a goal, by addressing the past experiences that create those blocks. As such, it is often used in coaching.

EMDR has been the object of numerous research and studies: its safety, and efficacy, are proven. Further, it is fast and changes are permanently anchored.
